Illustrator, designer & founder of Muffcake Manor

I create bespoke wedding stationery rooted in hand painted art, storytelling, and a love of beautiful things.

I’ve spent nearly two decades working in art and design, creating artwork and pattern for brands including Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn Kids. Muffcake Manor brings me back to what I love most: painting, illustration, and making things by hand.

I’m endlessly inspired by old houses, textiles, folk art, gardens, and the peculiar little details that give a place its character. I approach each commission as a world of its own, created for the people and place it belongs to.

I live in Portland with my wife and son, in an old house filled with art, books, collected treasures, and usually a project or two underway.

Emma is the steady hand behind the finishing touches at Muffcake Manor, helping with assembly, ribbon, postage, packaging, and all the tiny details that bring each suite together.

She has an incredible eye for detail and keeps the studio moving beautifully when there are stacks of invitations covering every surface.
