Stationery Services

Working with us is a fully custom experience. We guide you through each step of the design process to create designs that reflect your love and your wedding, make sure your guests are wowed before the wedding even happens.

Based on your needs you will receive a custom proposal with 2-3 packages to choose from.

Our starting package include: invitation card, a RSVP/Details card with QR code or URL, outer envelope with custom designed liner and printed addressing, white glove assembly, postage & mailing, unlimited proofing, and a keepsake suite.

Most of our clients add save the dates, unique laser cut shapes, additional detail cards, and other unique bells & whistles like gate fold cards, ribbons, and more.

Our minimum investment is $2500, our average client invests $4000 to $8000 on their wedding invitation suite for 100 invitations sent, excluding day of items.

  • Proposal

    8 - 12 MONTHS BEFORE

    Once you’ve reached out we will schedule a exploratory call. Afterwards you will receive 3 package proposals based on your unique needs to choose a starting point.

  • Consultation

    7 - 8 MONTHS BEFORE

    Now that wedding planning is in full swing we will connect to be sure I have all the information I need for the concept, sketch, and illustration phase for your invitation suite.

  • Design

    5 - 7 MONTHS BEFORE

    With all the information we have collected I will sketch out ideas for each item of your stationery for your approval before creating finalized illustrations for your suite.

  • Production

    3- 5 MONTHS BEFORE

    Upon approval we manage the printing of each item, providing white glove assembly of your suites right down to the placement of each stamp and lastly mailing suites to your guests.

Day of Items

Day of items are the red thread connecting your event from invitation through to the cocktail napkin. We can collaborate with you or your planning team and venue to create one of a kind items for each touch point of your wedding day. Some items we design include:

  • welcome signs

  • escort cards

  • table numbers

  • fans

  • custom designed wedding favors (tiles, silk scarves, totes)

  • dance floor design

  • cocktail, or embroidered dinner napkins

  • website assets

  • and so much more

 Facts and Questions

  • Most of our clients book around a year in advance if they are looking for save the dates, invitation suite, and day of designs.

    Save the dates typically go out 8 - 12 months prior to the wedding depending on if your wedding is considered a destination wedding.

    Wedding invitations typically go out 10 - 12 weeks prior to the wedding.

  • Printing costs can vary dramatically depending on quality of paper, custom sizes and shapes, and more.

    Printing and production is all included in our packages based on your personal needs. We can always add more items or bells and whistles as we go!

  • Yes! We love to work on projects outside of weddings. If you have a special birthday, anniversary party, bachelorette, gala or anything in between please feel free to reach out. If we can fit you into our calendar we absolutely will.
