Once your order is placed you will receive a form via email to upload your pet pictures and answers a few questions which will kick off the design process. Within 2 weeks you will receive your proof for approval, and then your stationery will go to print before being packaged and sent to your doorstep.
Please note the full process typically takes one month. 2 weeks for design, and 2 weeks for print and production before your stationery is mailed to you.
